RETURNING YOUR ORDER
If you want to return your order then please write to us at email@example.com with your name and order number.
We will send you next steps by email with about how to return your order. Please be aware that we will require photo and video evidence of damages to products upon delivery when opening the product. If any damages are reported after 48 hours from delivery then it will not qualify for a return or exchange. Changes in opinion or if you decide you want a different product will not qualify for a return or exchange.
We will make every effort to get you repaid within 7-10 working days once we have established that a refund is due.
OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer order via www.offthewallprints.co and on our internet pages. (the “Website”). The Customer must be minimum 18 years old to order via the Website.
All images on the Website shall be considered solely as illustrations. Such illustrations do not guarantee to reproduce the exact appearance of the product. Our website and all its content is owned by Off The Wall Prints. The information is protected by intellectual property and marketing legislation.
CONTRACTS AND ORDERS
In order to place an order through the Website, the Customer must accept the General Conditions. By accepting the General Conditions, the Customer undertakes to comply with the General Conditions in its entirety and acknowledges that they have read the information on personal data and cookies and consents to the use according to our Policy.
When the Customer registers their user account and/or places an order, the Customer will be requested to provide some personal data. The Customer confirms that the information provided is correct and complete and is responsible for any errors in the information provided. Information about the processing of personal data is set in our Policy.
The Customer may not disclose their username or password to any person and shall ensure that any documentation with information about username and password is kept in such a way that unauthorized persons may not access the information. If we suspect that the Customer abuses their user account or their log-in details or otherwise violates the General Conditions, Off The Wall Prints is entitled to block the Customer’s access to their user account.
PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT
The prices stated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All prices are presented in Great British Pounds and include VAT. The prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are given separately.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days set forth on the Website. Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. in connection with reservation of products not in stock), delivery will be made no later than 30 working days after we have confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation. The expected delivery time is laid out in the order confirmation, at the checkout and/or on the current product page on the Website.
Please note: Order fulfillment can take between 3-8 working days. Orders will be shipped from the closest fulfillment center to the shipping address entered at checkout and may be subject to import taxes, customs, or duties upon entry into the country. We have no visibility or control over these fees or even if they are charged and can accept no liability for these costs should they arise.
The right to file a complaint applies to products which are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. Any Customer who wishes to assert their right to file a complaint for any product ordered shall contact Off The Wall Prints, within 48 hours of delivery after discovering the defect using the contact information set forth on the Website. Complaints made within 48 hours of the time the defect was discovered are always considered to have been made in a timely manner.
CHANGES TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
Off The Wall Prints reserves the right to change these General Conditions at all times. Any changes to these General Conditions will be posted on the Website. Changes will become valid immediately after these conditions have been updated once the Customer has accepted the General Conditions (in connection with a new purchase or while browsing the Website).
